With over six decades of experience, we offer a year-round child care and development program for children 2-13 years of age with daily free breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack.

To qualify for state subsidized childcare, you need to meet family eligibility requirements set by the State of California Department of Social Services (CDSS) and Department of Education (CDE), including job search, employment, education and training, disability, homlessness , etc. You may make an appointment to come to one of our Child Care Centers in either Signal Hill or Long Beach and we will help you from there. Our state-of-the-art facility feature bright spacious classrooms and beautiful playgrounds your kids will love.
